All booking cancellation request to be sent as an email. No refund if booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the tour start date. 25% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 8 to 15 days before before the tour start date. 50% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 16 to 20 days before before the tour start date. 75% of the package amount will be charged if cancelled 21 to 29 days before before the tour start date. Full refund if booking is cancelled 30 days before before the tour start date.

Insurance and Personal Belongings Notice We do not provide insurance covering expenses for accidents, sickness, loss due to theft, or other reasons. Visitors are advised to arrange for such insurance in their home country. All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk at all times. Punctuality and Refund Notice Guests are responsible for adhering to the specified timeframes throughout the tour. In the event of a customer missing any part of the tour due to their delay, no refund claims will be entertained.
