Any Cancellation / Change in time schedule of airlines and a No show for what so reason we will not be responsible, and no refund will be applicable. Airlines Cancellation will be as per the airline cancellation policy if it is booked by us. Customer must make sure on the flight timings before they board the flight. We have seen where notification does not reach client from the Airlines in case of reschedule. It would be the client responsibility to check on flight timings. - If there is No show for whatsoever reason we cannot be held liable and no refund or rebooking for the same would be done. If you wish to cancel any booking in full or partial cancellation of a passenger, a written notification should be made by the same person who booked. The date of cancellation will beat the date on which notice is received by us. All cancellations will attract a sum Rs.5000/-minimum per person cancellation charges. If cancelled 0-10 days before the Check-in-date 100% of package amount will be charged. If cancelled 11-20 days before the Check-in-date 70% of package amount will be charged. If cancelled 21-30 days before the Check-in-date 30% of package amount will be charged. No refunds for unused nights or early check-outs. No refunds would be offered on the government ferry & private ferry tickets, if already purchased. After providing a voucher of confirmation from YES TOURISM INDIA if the customer wishes to amend the dates then an amendment charge of 10% of the package amount would be applied. Also we would try to accommodate the customer on the same given hotel. If there is no rooms available on the same category of Hotel then alternate would be provided. If there is any difference in charge due to upgrade of rooms or change of hotel the same charges has to be borne by the guest.

Hotel Room Photographs used in quote does not mean same room would be booked. Room bookings would be as per Room type and allocation by respective Hotels. Package rates are subject to change without prior notice if there is a change in price from Hotel or Vehicles. Journey makers holidays reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer anytime at its own discretion and without any prior notice. Only Indian citizens are entitled to make booking on these rates. We request the customers to provide their meal preference at the time of booking for convenience during the holiday. All Passengers should have Valid ID proof (Voter Card / Driving License / Passport). On arrival of guests, we will provide them local contact numbers of our executive, who will handle the entire operation. Full Payment has to be cleared as per the shared payment schedule. If Payment is missed for any reason Yes Tourism India aka Meghalaya Tour Package holds the right to cancel the Tour / Stop the Tour for breach of Payment contract. Please follow all local Guidelines / Rules in respect to Monuments / Traffic / Carrying illegal and banded Substance. - Any fine or any legal / criminal issues arising for such Yes Tourism India is not responsible. If for any reason any tourist spot is closed we shall not cover it on next day and if guest wants to do the same on next day then they have to pay the extra cost for the vehicle. Please maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive. Check-in Check-out time is as per hotel policy. Payment gateway (3.9%) charges as applicable will be charged for payments through Credit Card. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION / GUIDANCE OF LOCALS / DRIVERS / ADMINISTRATION. IF THERE ARE ANY HEALTH HAZARD / TRAFFIC ISSUES / MISSING OF FLIGHT OR TRAIN YES TOURISM INDIA CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE. In case of any Natural Calamities / Heavy Snowfall / Road Blocks / Permits not being issued no alternate sightseeing will be possible or there would be any sort of refund.
