Cancellation Policy
• Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days. • If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply. • 15 to 07 Days - 50 % of the Total Cost. • 07 Days or less - 100% of the Total cost.
Terms & Conditions
• Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable. • Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation. • Rates may change if traveling dates are changed. • We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date • Tour programs may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges. • In the case of cancellation of a trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package. • Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel’s acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season. • The vehicle used will be exclusive for guests but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise. • Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel’s discretion. • All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at the hotel/ service provider. • We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.
