Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 or more days before departure: full refund minus a 5% processing fee. 15–29 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost is non-refundable. 7–14 days before departure: 75% is non-refundable. Less than 7 days or no-show: 100% non-refundable. Peak-season bookings (July, August, Christmas, New Year) follow a stricter policy — please ask your travel consultant for details.

Terms & Conditions

Prices are per person on a twin-sharing basis. Single supplement applies for solo travelers. The Swiss Travel Pass, once issued, is non-transferable and non-refundable. Jungfraujoch and Mount Titlis excursions are weather-dependent; Journey Makers will coordinate the best available alternative if a summit is closed. Travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation and baggage loss is strongly recommended and available through Journey Makers at booking. International flights are not included unless expressly stated in your quote. Visa requirements are the traveler's responsibility; we provide a support letter on request.

Is this package customisable?
Yes. We can extend stays in any city, add optional excursions such as Bern city day-trip or Glacier 3000, or adjust the hotel category. Speak to your travel consultant before booking.
What is the best time to travel for this itinerary?
May to September offers warm weather, full mountain access and long daylight hours. December to March is ideal for snow experiences. Some summit excursions may be weather-limited — we always plan a backup.
Do I need a Switzerland visa?
Switzerland is part of the Schengen Area. Indian passport holders require a Schengen visa. Journey Makers provides a full visa support letter and guidance on documentation; the visa fee and processing is payable separately.
Are children welcome on this trip?
Absolutely. Children under 16 travel free on the Swiss Travel Pass when accompanied by a pass-holding adult. Child hotel rates apply for ages 6–11; please confirm during booking for accurate pricing.
Is the Jungfraujoch trip guaranteed?
The Jungfraujoch ticket is included and scheduled on Day 4. In the rare event the summit is inaccessible due to weather, we coordinate the best same-day alternative such as Schilthorn or First, at no extra cost.
