Cancellations made within 0-14 days before departure will incur a 100% charge of the total tour cost. Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure will be charged 75% of the total amount. Cancellations made 31-45 days before departure will be subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations made 46-50 days before departure will incur a 30% charge. Cancellations made more than 50 days before departure will be charged 20% of the total cost.

Booking & Payment: This package is valid only for Indian citizens. Reservations will be confirmed only after receiving the required payment. For payments made in foreign currency, passport copies are mandatory. Check-in & Check-out Policy: Standard check-in is at 14:00 hours and check-out is at 12:00 hours. However, these times may vary based on local regulations or hotel policies. Travel & Health Requirements: It is mandatory for guests to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and unforeseen disruptions. Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances: The company reserves the right to alter, modify, or adjust the itinerary and services before or during the trip in case of unexpected events such as pandemics, flight cancellations, or natural disasters. No refunds will be applicable in such cases. Passenger Responsibilities: Travelers must carry the necessary funds as per the financial regulations of the destination country. The company will not be responsible for deportation issues arising from insufficient show money or failure to meet immigration requirements. Behavior & Compliance: Any misconduct, illegal activities, or unauthorized absconding during the tour will lead to immediate termination of services without refunds. Guests must comply with local laws and regulations, and any legal consequences will be their sole responsibility. Safety & Security: Guests are required to wear seatbelts while traveling. Any fines due to non-compliance must be borne by the traveler. Additionally, guests should avoid leaving valuables unattended in vehicles or public areas, as the company will not be liable for any loss or theft.** Luggage Policy: Guests are responsible for ensuring their baggage complies with airline weight and size restrictions. Any excess baggage fees imposed by airlines or transport providers must be paid directly by the traveler. The company is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged luggage during the trip. Timeliness & Transfers: Travelers must adhere to the scheduled departure times for tours and transfers. The maximum waiting time for drivers is 10 minutes. Failure to be on time may result in missed services with no compensation. Complaints & Assistance: Any issues or service concerns should be immediately reported to the tour coordinator or designated contact. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the applicable legal framework of the region.
