Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: No cancellation fee (full refund after deducting service charges, if any). Cancellations made between 15–29 days prior to departure: 25% of package cost will be charged. Cancellations made between 7–14 days prior to departure: 50% of package cost will be charged. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to departure or in case of no-show: 100% of package cost will be charged. Refunds, if any, will be processed within a stipulated period after deducting applicable charges.

Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges. Rooms are provided in the base category unless otherwise specified. Room upgrades are available at an additional cost. Itinerary is subject to change depending on local conditions, flight schedules, or unforeseen circumstances. Equivalent hotels or services may be provided in case of unavailability. Any unused services, meals, or sightseeing due to personal choice or reasons beyond the operator’s control are non-refundable. The company acts only as a facilitator between the client and service providers (airlines, hotels, transporters, local operators, etc.) and shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, or changes beyond its control. Travelers must ensure they carry a valid passport, visa, and necessary travel documents. The company is not responsible for denial of entry due to immigration rules or incomplete documentation. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, or unforeseen events. All payments must be made as per the agreed Payment Policy; failure to do so may result in cancellation of booking. Government taxes, surcharges, or changes in regulations (including TCS/GST) will be applicable as per prevailing laws and are payable by the traveler.
